Item was packaged well and arrived in a timely manner, and customer service followed up regarding a potential shipping issue, which was much appreciated. There was a slight gap in the design, which made it asymmetric but not enough of an issue to complain about, especially due to the lower price. It still looks good and is good quality so satisfied overall. Great item at a reasonable price.
