First, I placed my order and wanted to change the name. The seller replied within an hour of my request and made the change, which I am extremely grateful for! They were also super kind. The bag is as described. It’s very nice and my mom uses it often for a sleepover tote when watching the grandkids! When I received it in the mail I just thought it would be more structured or a more stiffer material. But it is still a great gift!!!!
